This will be hard to quantify but thought I would add it in here as I am a firm believer in recycling things as far as possible. I have listed below a few ideas of things to recycle and where to send them and I think that one I can say I have recycled 25 items suitably, I can cross this off.
Suggestions:
M-A-C Cosmetics will give you a free item for every 6 empty containers given back to them.
Nike will turn your old trainers into new Nike products and sports surfaces.
Universal Recycle Company will take old cables and wires.
Music Magpie is a good place to send your low value CD’s (rather then trying to sell them on eBay).
London Recycling will take damaged disc’s to recycle into lights.
Love Honey will recycle old vibrators (!) and other electrical items.
